Winter Herbs

Herbs grow all year round here...even in the Maine Winters they are inside looking out enjoying the sun. Sage, parsley, oregano, basil, chives, and mint are just a few. I put some away throughout the year, in oils, frozen, or dried...but fresh is always best.

Gazpacho Soup!

Absolutely my own favorite soup served cold! Tomato, cucumber, onion, garlic & spices base, topped with fresh diced cucumber, purple onion, a dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle of fresh chives!

Lemons

In case I hadn't mentioned it before, we grow our own Meyer Lemons. Yep, right here in Maine. It's why our lemonade is always so tasty.
